For Parents
Every Parent's Questions — Answered
CareBridge was built with your concerns in mind. Honest answers — not promotional promises.
Will my child get a job after this?
Yes. CareBridge places every Pathway A graduate in a hospital as a NAPS apprentice — a paid position, not a volunteer posting. Pathway C graduates are listed on the CareBridge home care marketplace from their first day of certification. We do not certify and release — we certify and place.
Is healthcare a safe profession for my child?
CareBridge trains infection control, body mechanics, and professional boundary management from Day 1. Our graduates know how to protect themselves — from workplace injury, from infection, and from situations that could compromise their safety or integrity. The training is explicit about this.
What is the salary?
A NAPS apprentice earns ₹8,000–12,000 per month in Year 1. A placed GDA earns ₹12,000–18,000 by Year 2. A Home Care Specialist can earn ₹25,000–60,000 per month depending on specialisation and client load. These are conservative estimates for the Nagpur market in 2026.
Can my child work abroad?
Yes — and CareBridge is actively preparing for this. Japan, Germany, the Gulf states, and the UK all have active recruitment programmes for Indian caregivers. A CareBridge CCC — OSCE-examined and NSDC-aligned — creates the credential foundation for international applications. We advise graduates on international pathways as they become available.
Will the certificate have long-term value?
The CareBridge CCC is renewed annually. Employer ratings accumulate. Specialisations are added. The credential grows with the professional. A graduate with 3 years of strong employer ratings has a portfolio that no one-time certificate can match.
Will my child be able to grow in this profession?
Healthcare is one of India's fastest-growing sectors. A CareBridge graduate can progress from GDA to Senior GDA to ANM/GNM to nursing leadership. Pathway C graduates can build independent home care businesses. The ceiling is determined by ambition — not by the starting point.
What support does CareBridge provide after placement?
CareBridge calls your child at Month 3 and Month 6 after placement. If an employer rates them below standard, we provide free re-orientation — targeted re-training at no cost. If they lose their placement within 12 months, we attempt re-placement. We remain accountable after the certificate is issued.
